Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
15 knees to elbows
5 kettlebell overhead squat and press (left and right)
Took about a week off from CrossFit not on purpose, but because of laziness and scheduling conflicts. It felt great to be back in the swing of things. My kettlebell overhead squats looked awful, but doing 7 rounds felt good.
